Community Group Purchase
Whenever I come across an ornament of a landmark in someone's house, they are usually of famous structures that they maybe visited one holiday.
The Statue of Liberty
The Eiffel Tower
Rarely are they truly unique works of art, or locations for which the owner holds any particular emotional fondness. Employing The Weathered Mason's unique skillset, the next addition to such a display shelf could be a striking and faithfully hand-crafted celebration of one of your very favourite places!
Whether it's your local church, golf clubhouse, community theatre, or a hotel you frequent, any structure or building can be reproduced in the Weathered Mason's signature style. If recent times have taught us anything, such places are vital for bringing together wide communities of like-minded people, and this is worth celebrating!
Perhaps(?!) with an intricately detailed, pure white sandstone ornament, presented on a quality, custom engraved display base. The overall size of the ornament will naturally vary depending on the real-life dimensions of the property, but I sculpt them to fit an oak base of 10cm x 10cm.
So if you feel your fellow community members would enjoy such an ornament of your shared Beloved Place, send them this page by copying the link from your browser, or via the buttons below:
If there's sufficient appetite between you, ask either the owner or the manager of your shared Beloved Place to get in touch with me, either via the contact form on this page, or via email at:
I will discuss with them the size of the order (the minimum order for group purchases is ten ornaments) and make arrangements to visit the premises.
If this doesn't quite seem to describe the service you wanted, I also offer the following:
The Weathered Mason's Process
In order to sculpt a truly faithful likeness of the premises, my first step is to visit the property and photograph the exterior from different angles. I do this using a very small drone that's equipped with collision avoidance and intelligent flight technology. Also, I am an experienced drone pilot, with 128+ hours flight time logged.
All without incident.
I'm generally finished photographing within an hour, and at no point will I need to enter the premises, unless it's the only way to gain access to photograph the rear of the property. In any such case, I'll be sure to do so while complying with the current covid restrictions.
I then take these photos away and use them for reference as I sculpt the ornaments in intricate detail. I delete the photos as soon as the ornament is complete, as I take the privacy of my customers and their neighbours very seriously. The ornaments are then adhered to quality wooden bases, and engraved with a custom inscription of the manager's choice (I can confirm the design of the engraving via email), complete with a logo if desired, before being carefully packaged up and made ready for delivery.
My charge for this service is £350, plus £16 per ornament with a minimum initial order of 20 units and no upper limit. This includes all postage and packaging.
You may settle the entire bill all at once, or you may choose to pay in two instalments. I require at least £250 as an initial payment before I visit the premises. After I've photographed the property, I'll send an invoice via email for the remaining fees. Once settled, I'll start sculpting the ornaments, which will only take a matter of a couple short weeks.
For subsequent orders of the same ornament(s), there is no further £350 fee. I simply charge a flat rate of £20 per unit with a minimum order amount of 20 units.
