Community Group Purchase
"I own or manage a Beloved Place that's home to a group of community members (church, golf clubhouse, community theatre etc.), and I'm looking to have multiple ornaments crafted to sell to our members."
Whenever I come across an ornament of a landmark in someone's house, they are usually of famous structures that they maybe visited one holiday.
The Statue of Liberty
The Eiffel Tower
Rarely are they truly unique works of art, or locations for which the owner holds any particular emotional fondness. Employing The Weathered Mason's unique skillset, the next addition to such a display shelf could be a striking and faithfully hand-crafted celebration of one of the owner's very favourite places!
As the owner or manager of a community venue, you'll undoubtedly always be on the lookout for creative ways to improve your bottom line. Rarely before has any cost-effective means existed that enabled the sale of such sentimentally valuable objects.
Thanks now to The Weathered Mason, you can have an intricately detailed, pure white sandstone ornament crafted of your premises. To complete the rustic aesthetic of the ornament, they are presented on a quality wooden display base, complete with logo should you so choose (we can confirm the inscription design via email).
The overall size of the ornament will naturally vary depending on the real-life dimensions of the property, but I sculpt them to fit an oak base of 10cm x 10cm.
Please complete the short form below with the size of the order (the minimum order for group purchases is ten ornaments) so we can make arrangements for me to visit the premises.
If this doesn't quite seem to describe the service you wanted, I also offer the following:
The Weathered Mason's Process
In order to sculpt a truly faithful likeness of your premises, my first step is to visit the property and photograph the exterior from different angles. I do this using a very small drone that's equipped with collision avoidance and intelligent flight technology, and I myself am an experienced drone pilot, with 128+ hours flight time logged.
All without incident.
I'm generally finished photographing within an hour, and at no point will I need to enter your premises, unless it's the only way to gain access to photograph the rear of the property. In any such case, I'll be sure to do so while complying with the current covid restrictions.
I then take these photos away and use them for reference as I sculpt the ornament in intricate detail. I delete them as soon as the ornament is complete, as I take my customers' privacy very seriously. The ornament is then adhered to a quality wooden base, and engraved with a custom engraving of your choice, complete with a logo if you so choose, before being packaged up in bubble wrap and made ready for delivery.
My charge for this service is £350, plus £16 per ornament with a minimum initial order of 20 units and no upper limit. This price includes all postage and packaging.
You may settle the entire bill all at once, or you may choose to pay in two instalments. I require at least £250 as an initial payment before I visit the premises. After I've photographed the property, I'll send an invoice via email for the remaining fees. Once settled, I'll start sculpting the ornaments, which will only take a matter of a couple short weeks.
I set a minimum initial order of 20 units per ornament (if there are several locations on your property that you'd like sculpting into ornaments, this minimum amount applies to each location). There is no upper limit to the amount of each ornament you can order.
I recommend you then charge your community group members a reasonable price for the ornaments. My Recommended Retail Price (RRP) per ornament is £24, which would give you £8 profit per unit, but you can obviously price the ornaments however you like.
If you would like to place further subsequent orders for more units of the same ornament(s), there is no further £350 fee. I simply charge a flat fee of £20 per ornament with a minimum order of 20 units,
